Reporting Services Pdf Error

I have copied the DLL to the "E:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL ServerMSRS11.MSSQLSERVERReporting ServicesReportServerbin" folder and then, I could deploy the report. As noted earlier, my SQL Server has SP3. Stack Trace:

I didn't find duplicate records in the output either and I checked both the SQL sproc output and the Excel and MHTML output. This explains why the error is intermittent, the rendering engine may have been getting date data that it could convert so there's no issue. But I checked my dataset for this RDL and there are no duplicate fields in this parent dataset. Can it be embedded in PDF with SSRS ?
