EMIRATES and their solicitors,DLA,(law firm of the
year,based at 3 "Noble" Street, London) (WHAT A
LAUGH!) used the WARSAW CONVENTION to escape liability
for the injury (PROVEN BY EXPERTS) they caused.


Some so called "reputable" airlines (in my case,
Emirates) will use dirty tricks to escape their
liabilities using the WARSAW CONVENTION and MONTREAL
CONVENTION.

Don't make my mistake, Emirates strung me along
so that they could deliberately take my complaint
past the two year time statute of the WARSAW CONVENTION·
They promised to settle by way of giving me business
class tickets for the next time I travelled but
all these promises by Emirates are worthless. 
When you try to get the tickets that you are promised
in settlement, you will face nothing but excuses.


DO NOT DELAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU MUST BRING
AN ACTION AGAINST THE AIRLINE FOR PERSONAL INJURY
WITHIN 2 YEARS OR THEY WILL USE ARTICLE 29 (CHAPTER
III) TO AVOID THEIR LIABILITY.

DO NOT LET THEM PLAY YOU ALONG, ESPECIALLY IN THE
EVENT OF PERSONAL INJURY, THEY WILL MAKE IT LOOK
AS THOUGH THEY INTEND TO SETTLE OUT OF COURT BUT
WHAT THEY DO IS KNOWINGLY TAKE YOU OVER THE 2 YEAR
TIME LIMIT SO THAT YOU HAVE NO CASE.

PUT YOUR CLAIM IN THE COURT WITHIN 21 DAYS OF LANDING
AT THE LAST LEG OF YOUR JOURNEY AND THEY HAVE NO
WAY OUT.

MOST IMPORTANTLY MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOUR CLAIM IS
FOR "PERSONAL INJURY" AS EVEN BRITISH JUDGES ARE
TOTALLY POWERLESS WHEN IT COMES TO THE WARSAW CONVENTION.


In the case of Emirates, it's funny how they are
the "Airline of the Year" and their solicitor is
the "Law Firm of the Year", yet they are frightened
to fight little me, a woman.  They caused an injury
to me, they know it, it's been proven, yet they
haven't got the decency to fight it out properly
in court, instead of trying to get out on a technicality
under the WARSAW CONVENTION. They think they can
do whatever they like to the public and simply
walk away because they've got money and power.
Well, they can think again, the power of the internet
is bigger than any single entity, including the
"so called" Airline of the Year and Law Firm of
the Year.  Weasels, is a better description for
them!

IMPORTANT FOOTNOTE.  IN THE EVENT OF A BAGGAGE CLAIM
IT WILL HELP YOUR CAUSE TREMENDOUSLY IF YOU MAKE
IT CLEAR WHEN CHECKING IN, THAT YOUR BAGGAGE IS
WORTH MORE THAN THE £15 PER KILO COMPENSATION UNDER
THE WARSAW CONVENTION.  DON'T PAY ANY EXTRA FOR
YOUR BAGGAGE, YOU DON'T HAVE TO YOU JUST NEED TO
TELL THEM THAT IT'S WORTH CONSIDERABLY MORE THAN
THE £15 PER KILO.  UNDER THE MONTREAL CONVENTION
WHICH SUPERCEDES THE WARSAW CONVENTION, THE LIMIT
OF BAGGAGE COMPENSATION DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE
TOLD THE AIRLINE THAT YOUR BAGGAGE IS WORTH MORE
WHEN CHECKING IN.
