But, at least windoze did start and I was able to copy and save all of my previous desktop files and settings. I can log in to my safe mode and do the restore, again thank god everything back to normal again..

If you had the knowledge you could possibly rewrite the HAL required for Windows to run, overwriting the damaged area. I highly recommend this to anyone who can't get into Windows or Safe Mode.
