Peterson jury set to weigh life and death

Jurors are set to begin deliberating whether convicted murderer Scott Peterson will be sentenced to death or receive life in prison without parole. Judge Alfred Delucchi will instruct the jury before deliberations get under way. Peterson was found guilty November 12 of murdering his wife and unborn son.
